These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AVX Sorter website and software ("AVX Sorter", "the Service"), operated by AVX Simulations ("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using AVX Sorter you agree to these Terms.

1. The software

AVX Sorter is a desktop tool that organises Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons. It is provided for personal use under the licence you purchase. AVX Sorter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Asobo, or any add-on developer.

2. Licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use AVX Sorter. One licence key is intended for personal use by a single user. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or distribute your key. We may revoke a key that is shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

3. Payment

AVX Sorter is sold as a one-time purchase of €24.99. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change for future customers but your purchased licence remains valid.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the licensing of AVX Sorter, nor use it to violate the terms of any third-party software or marketplace. You are responsible for backing up your add-ons; AVX Sorter manages links and a library but you use it at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer & liability

AVX Sorter is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or sim issues arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
