How to request a refund

Email avxsimulations@gmail.com from the address you purchased with, or use the contact form. Include your order email or licence key. We typically process refunds within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method.

After a refund

Once refunded, your licence key is deactivated and may no longer be used in the app or on the website.

Fair use

Refunds are intended for genuine dissatisfaction or technical issues we can't resolve. We may decline repeated refund-and-repurchase abuse or clearly fraudulent requests.
