End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AVX Simulations for the AVX Sorter software. By installing or using AVX Sorter you accept this EULA.
1. Licence grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable lifetime licence to install and use AVX Sorter for managing your own Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your licence key.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing or any protection mechanisms.
- You may not use the software for unlawful purposes or to breach the terms of third-party add-ons or marketplaces.
3. Ownership
AVX Sorter, including all code, branding, and assets, remains the property of AVX Simulations. This EULA grants a licence to use, not ownership of, the software.
4. Updates
Your lifetime licence includes updates we release for AVX Sorter. Updates may add, change, or remove features.
5. Your data & add-ons
AVX Sorter operates on your local machine. You are responsible for your add-ons and backups. We are not responsible for data loss or simulator issues; see the warranty disclaimer below.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVX Simulations is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
8. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach the EULA. We may also revoke a key obtained or used fraudulently. On termination you must stop using the software.
9. Not affiliated with Microsoft
AVX Sorter is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Asobo, or any add-on developer.
